Chronic inflammations is a silent killer because you may not realise you are suffering from it but it can cause serious health issues. If you have high blood glucose, high insulin, overweight, bad gut flora, hormone inbalance, chronic stress, persistent infections, skin issues like eczema and psoriasis then you are likely to be inflamed.
